The UNICOMM project, driven by the belief that HEIs encompass more than just academic pursuits and research, aims to foster a community where all individuals attending and working within these institutions feel valued and motivated to engage in initiatives relevant to them. With a particular focus on students who have experienced a significant portion of their studies in online mode and face uncertainty regarding the future of their education, the project seeks to reignite a sense of belonging within the HEI community.
Key objectives of the UNICOMM project include identifying patterns and factors conducive to inclusive and active student participation, enhancing students’ competencies to enable their full engagement in the inclusive HEI community, and formulating guidelines and recommendations regarding the organizational structures of European HEIs
